Teddies House Play Centre
Teddies House is a children's play centre in Farnworth, Bolton, with a bold cobalt-blue and bubblegum-pink identity. The site puts session booking front and centre through a Bookwhen integration, so parents book online and staff keep the back office they already know.

problem
What the business needed
Session bookings and questions were being handled through phone calls and social media messages — fine at low volume, but it doesn't scale on a busy weekend and it ties staff up when the centre is at its loudest.
The centre needed somewhere parents could find session times, prices and rules at 9pm on a Tuesday, and book there and then — on a phone, because that's where almost all of this audience is.
approach
How it was built
Booking was treated as the site's primary job, not a page. Bookwhen — the scheduling system the centre runs on — is integrated directly, so availability is always live and staff didn't have to learn a new back office.
The cobalt-blue and bubblegum-pink brand identity is carried through the whole site: playful enough to feel like the place itself, disciplined enough to stay legible and fast.
Everything was designed mobile-first and checked across screen sizes on a real phone, because a parent juggling a toddler does not have patience for a slow, fiddly site.
outcome
Where it landed
Parents can now see sessions and book online around the clock, and the centre has one canonical place for times, prices and policies — instead of answering the same questions message by message.
