privacy
What happens to your data.
The short version: the only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form, and it’s used for one thing — replying to you. No advertising, no tracking cookies, nothing sold on. The detail is below.
Who's responsible
CPF Digital (North West, UK) is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. If you have any questions about it, or want to make a request about your data, email cflynn_93@hotmail.com.
What's collected
Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, business name (if you choose to give it), what you’re enquiring about, and your message. That’s it — there are no accounts, no logins, and no hidden data collection.
How it's used
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and — if we go on to work together — to carry out that work. It is never used for marketing lists or sold to anyone. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who choose to get in touch, and, where a project follows, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Who processes it
The contact form is handled by Formspree, which delivers your message by email. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes basic technical information (such as IP addresses in its server logs) to serve the site securely and keep it online. Both act as data processors on our behalf.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies — so there’s no cookie banner, because there’s nothing to consent to. Where visitor numbers are measured, it’s only ever through cookieless, privacy-first analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics): no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no profile built of you. The result is aggregate counts — page views and the like — not anything that identifies you.
How long it's kept
Enquiries are kept only as long as there’s a reason to — long enough to reply and, where it leads to work, for the duration of that project and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. After that they’re deleted. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it’s used. Email cflynn_93@hotmail.com and it’ll be dealt with. If you’re not happy with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator.
